Decided to attempt freezer jam, supposedly easy, what could go wrong?
Food processor helps make lighter work of the berries.

Yeah, if you turn it up to high to get it boiling again... this is what happens. Not fun to clean up, good thing the hubby was in India when this happened! At least we have yummy jam.
